Interfere with CollegeMotion’s goals
Post malicious or harmful content on The Site
Slander or criticize any other users on the site
Slander or criticize any of the people appearing in videos
Use the service in any unlawful manner
Collect personal information from other users for the purpose of harassing or sending solicited emails to them
Register another user for an account
Provide false information for an account
Create account names that could be malicious or inappropriate
CollegeMotion reserves the right to restrict visitors that are involved or have been involved in copyright infringement practices. We may deny access to these users without prior notice at our own discretion.
CollegeMotion reserves the right to monitor disputes between users, however it is not obligated to do so. We will intervene at our own discretion, but feel free to contact us if you need assistance with an issue.
CollegeMotion may terminate your membership with The Site at any time, without notice, at its own discretion.
CollegeMotion is an advertising-supported service that makes colleges and universities more accessible to perspective college students and their parents. With that in mind, we do display advertisements from third parties. The content in these advertisements is wholly their property. Furthermore, in order to meet our goals, we may work with other third parties in order to improve the user experience. Nevertheless, CollegeMotion is not liable for third-party content that appears on The Site.
We are not liable for user-uploaded content or third-party content that appears on The Site. We work selectively with third-parties to ensure that We can offer you the best service available, and we therefore follow guidelines in working with affiliates. Nevertheless, we are not liable for the content that they own or publish on The Site.
Similarly, we are not liable for the content that users upload or post on The Site. While there are rules and terms of conditions governing conduct on The Site, breaches of these rules may occur. You consent to indemnify CollegeMotion, its founders, employees, and partners harmless from and against damage, loss, claim, demand, expense, and liability that results from third-party or user content on The Site.
The User realizes that any submissions, explicitly ideas, concepts, and suggestions, become the property of CollegeMotion. We shall have the sole ownership and exclusive right to submissions by The User regarding intellectual property. All students speaking or participating in CollegeMotion videos have signed the necessary release consent forms, granting CollegeMotion the exclusive right to maintain, edit, produce, and distribute content at its own discretion.
All students speaking in CollegeMotion videos about a particular school are students at the school, and have verified this fact.
All schools that CollegeMotion films are notified prior to production.
